Delivery Instructions and Costings
1. Delivery Fees & Areas
Standard Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination. For a detailed quote, please contact us.
Large and Bulky Items: Items that require extra handling, such as bathtubs or large tiles, may incur additional delivery charges.
Sydney Metropolitan Area:
- Small Items – Flat Rate $39.00
- Large Items (Excludes stone baths and tiles) – Flat Rate $85.00 1 Person Delivery – Bulky/Heavy goods require assistance on site - Delivery to closest easily accessible location – Level Access Only.
- Stone Baths – Crane Lift $245.00 (Each additional stone bath will be $100.00) – Forklift can be arranged at additional cost by request.
- Tiles - Crane Lift for the 1st Pallet $195.00 (Each additional pallet will be $50.00) – Forklift can be arranged at additional cost by request. Pallet size will vary between tiles depending on the thickness.
Outside Sydney Deliveries: For customers located outside Sydney, we can arrange deliveries to most areas across Australia. Please contact our Customer Service Centre to confirm delivery availability to your location.
Exclusions –Cannot deliver fragile items such as Ceramic or Porcelain products.

2. Delivery Times
We maintain a wide range of popular products in stock at our Sydney Distribution Centre. For other items, we receive daily deliveries from our suppliers and typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business day of receiving goods.
Instant Ship Items:
- Dispatch Time: 1-2 Business Day.
- Delivery Timeframe: Typically, 2–4 business days to most metropolitan areas.
Regular Ship Items:
- Dispatch Time: Dispatched to most areas within 7–12 business days.
Custom Ship Items:
- Dispatch Time: Contact store for ETA on selected custom and made to order items prior to purchasing if under time constraints as this can range from 2-12weeks, depending on item.
3. Delivery Process
- Scheduling: Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
- Receiving Deliveries: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods. If no one is available, re-delivery charges may apply.
Click & Collect
- Service Availability: Customers can choose to collect their orders from our Lane Cove showroom.
- Order Collection: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when collecting your items.
4. Term & Conditions
- Single Delivery Fee: Standard delivery fees cover a single delivery. Multiple deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Delivery Times: For accurate delivery time estimates, refer to the shopping cart page after entering your postcode. If your order includes items with varying dispatch times (Instant, Regular, or Custom Ship), we will consolidate them into one delivery based on the longest product lead time. Split deliveries can be arranged for a fee; please contact us for details.
- Remote Locations: Some remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics partners. In such cases, items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub, or Post Office. Our delivery company will inform you if this applies to your order.
- Transit Damage: All deliveries include insurance. Inspect all deliveries within 48 hours for any damages, as we cannot accept damage claims beyond this timeframe.
- Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance: 1 Person Delivery - BULKY/HEAVY PRODUCTS REQUIRE ASSISTANCE ON SITE - Delivery to closest easily accessible location - LEVEL ACCESS ONLY. 2 person delivery can be requested at an additional fee by contacting our store.
- Authority to Leave: You may authorize us to leave your goods unattended; however, Elia Bathrooms is not liable for any loss or damage to goods left unattended at your request.
