Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team. Once your order has been confirmed, we’ll keep you informed of relevant product lead times, pickup or delivery arrangements.
If an item becomes unavailable or there is an issue with your order, our team will contact you to discuss the available options. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We take care to keep our pricing accurate and up to date. If we identify a pricing error after an order has been placed, we’ll contact you promptly to advise of the correct price and provide the option to proceed or cancel the affected item or order.
Payment
Payment is required in accordance with the terms provided at the time of your order. We accept approved payment methods, including credit card and electronic funds transfer.
An order may not be processed or released until the required payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, delivery location and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your complete order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect your goods unless Authority to Leave has been arranged.

Pickup & Collection
Pickup & Collection is available free of charge for eligible orders.
Lane Cove Showroom
Small items may be collected from our Lane Cove showroom.
Smithfield Warehouse
Large and bulky items are collected from our Smithfield warehouse.
Collection Process
Our team will let you know when your order is ready and confirm the appropriate collection location before pickup.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Custom-made and special-order products cannot generally be returned for change of mind. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to eligible returns.
Please contact our team before returning any goods so we can confirm the appropriate process. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranties
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, with warranty periods and conditions varying between products and manufacturers.
If you experience an issue with a product purchased through Elia Bathrooms, please contact our team and we’ll assist you with the appropriate warranty process.
Manufacturer warranties operate in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, finishes, imagery and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.
Product information may be updated by manufacturers from time to time, so we recommend confirming important specifications before ordering or installation.
Colours, finishes and materials may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Where possible, we encourage you to view samples and displays in person.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elia Bathrooms is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
