Can I order online?
Our website is designed for browsing rather than online purchasing. You can add products to My Selection and send an enquiry to our team, who will confirm pricing, availability and assist you with placing your order.
Do you also provide installation?
No, Elia does not provide installation services. However, we work closely with you, your designer and relevant trades to help ensure product selections are coordinated and your project runs smoothly.
How long does it take for my items to arrive?
In general, most items have a lead time of approximately 3–4 days, depending on the brand and stock availability. Once your order arrives, we can securely store it in our warehouse until you’re ready to collect.
How long does custom cabinetry take to make?
Custom cabinetry generally has a lead time of approximately 4–5 weeks from the time your order is confirmed.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours, and our team will be happy to guide you through our product range, finishes and options. You can also book a consultation for dedicated time to discuss your layout, design ideas, colours and product selections in more detail.
