Sydney Metropolitan Area
Standard Delivery — $85 Flat Rate
Excludes stone baths and tiles. Level access only and assistance is required on site.
Stone Baths — Crane Lift $245
+$100 per additional stone bath. Forklifts can be arranged upon request.
Tiles — Crane Lift or Forklift
$220 for the first pallet.
+$70 per additional pallet.
The Delivery Process
Melissa and our team want to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible. Here is how we will work together once your order is placed:
Scheduling Your Delivery
As soon as your complete order is ready at our warehouse, Melissa or a member of our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
Receiving Your Goods
Please make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive and inspect your items when they arrive. If no one is available to meet our driver, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Authority to Leave
If you won't be home, you can give us permission to leave your order unattended in a safe location. Once the order has been left, Elia Bathrooms cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage.
48-Hour Damage Window
Our deliveries are fully insured. Please unpack and inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery. If anything has arrived damaged, contact Melissa and our team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, insurance claims cannot be processed after this 48-hour period.
Pickup & Collection
Skip delivery fees by collecting your order directly from us. Pickup locations depend on the size of your items:
Lane Cove Showroom
Small items only.
Smithfield Warehouse
All large and bulky items. Our warehouse is equipped with a forklift to assist with loading your vehicle.
Collection Process
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection and confirm the correct pickup location.
Our Delivery Policy
At Elia Bathrooms, the safety and wellbeing of our delivery team is our top priority. To protect our staff and ensure a smooth delivery, our standard delivery service is strictly to the front door of your property.
Houses
Where access is safe and clear, our team can place your items just inside the ground floor of your home.
Apartments
Delivery will be made directly to your apartment's front door, provided there is safe access via a lift or ground level.
No Stairs or Room Distribution
Our delivery team will not carry items up internal staircases or distribute items into specific rooms. If you require items to be moved upstairs or throughout the property, please arrange this separately with your builder, tradespeople or a suitable white glove delivery service.
Special Access Requirements
Please let us know before delivery if your property has restricted access, difficult site conditions or requires special equipment such as a crane or forklift so appropriate arrangements can be made.
